 Desiring a change of pace and wanting a lot more physical space between my neighbors and myself plus wanting a Better quality of life, I resigned from my career with Unocal 76 at their San Francisco oil refinery & moved from the bay area to Lake Oroville July of 1993.

I enjoy the warm evenings so I can swim in warm water just minutes from my home & appreciate & have space between myself & my neighbors.  I like exploring the foothills & valleys of this lovely area while listing, showing & selling real estate to people like me who had a desire for a Better quality of life & decided to move here & to those who lived here already. 

I earned my real estate salesman’s license in June of '94.  I have years of varied experience representing & helping buyers & sellers.  Sometimes I represent both buyers & sellers at the same time.  It is pretty EZ doing that as I practice the golden rule.

I enjoy helping my customers obtain their real estate wants, needs & desired goals & find it both satisfying & rewarding, especially when I see their smiling faces.

The types of properties I list & sell include residential, investment, rental, multi-unit, vacation homes, manufactured homes on land or in a park (family park or senior park) & also I sell land (lots & acreage).  Occasionally I sell commercial properties as well.

I have enjoyed being a volunteer on numerous committees for the Oroville Association of Realtors.  Some of these committees include the multiple listing committee, the grievance committee, the professional standards committee & the public relations committee where our committee has proudly earned & won numerous 1st place trophies for floats we had designed and made for parade entries.  I have served on the board of directors & I am honored to have been the 2006 Past Association President.

Real estate is always an interesting & enjoyable learning experience with the rules & laws changing constantly it seems within the Real Estate Realm.

Most of today’s buyers search on line before they contact a realtor. Realty World corporate, realized the ever increasing importance of being 1^st with an internet presence & has cleverly positioned us with contracts with Trulia & Zillow which enables us to advertise our sellers properties in as many as 300 National websites. That’s Huge & it is more than any other real estate company that I know of anyway.
